Your new role
As Senior Management Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalised, efficient, and responsive administrative, organisational, and secretarial support to all functions within the business area in an organised and timely manner. You will align activities, events, and communications at various levels across the organisation and coordinate mobility and relocation activities with stakeholders daily. Business Area Middle East & Central Asia (BAMECA) spans 22 diverse countries with a combined population of about 640 million people. More than 600 employees are part of BAMECA, spread across seven affiliates and clusters. The BAMECA management team consists of seven General Managers based in various countries across the Middle East and Central Asia, and five functional Directors based at the business area HQ in Istanbul.
Your skills & qualifications
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have a minimum of five years’ work experience in a multinational company, including experience supporting senior leadership and in event planning. Moreover, we expect that you have:
