We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Manage, Market Access to join our tea. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Secure, renew, and manage landing rights, spectrum authorizations, ETL licenses, and earth station licenses in France, Europe, and other relevant markets, as required.
  • Lead regulatory compliance activities, including monitoring license obligations, reporting requirements, renewal deadlines, regulatory fees, spectrum conditions, and operational restrictions.
  • Manage key French regulatory matters, including ARCEP license updates for RMB and ISS, regular engagement with ARCEP, and annual reporting with ANFR for Eutelsat S.A. filings and OneWeb/MCSAT LEO-related matters.
  • Monitor and anticipate regulatory developments at national, CEPT, EU, and international levels—including International Telecommunication Union—with a focus on spectrum allocation, frequency use, satellite authorizations, and consultation processes.
  • Engage with national regulators to secure market access, clarify applicable requirements, and represent Eutelsat’s regulatory interests.
  • Work closely with internal technical, spectrum, legal, commercial, business development, operations, and program teams to assess regulatory feasibility, deployment constraints, licensing needs, and market readiness.
  • Provide practical regulatory guidance to commercial teams, customers, and partners on country-specific requirements, licensing pathways, compliance risks, and operational conditions.
  • Support ongoing and new programs, including GEO and NGSO initiatives, by identifying regulatory dependencies and ensuring timely authorization strategies.
  • Maintain an accurate internal database of licenses, authorizations, renewals, regulatory payments, obligations, and compliance status.
  • Coordinate with other regional Market Access leaders, GSOA, and satellite operators on consultations, advocacy positions, and common regulatory challenge

What You’ll Need:

  • Master's degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Fluent in English is mandatory and French would be appreciated
  • 5 + years of experience in satellite communications and/or spectrum management (Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones)
  • A good understanding of the satellite regulatory environment and the ITU procedures is an asset
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
