All new hires must start at the entry level rate for this role per the collective bargaining agreement/MOA with OPEIU, Local 6. https://www.mass.gov/info-details/trial-court-facilities-managementNotes:This position is considered essential personnel in certain emergencies and may be required to work outside of regularly scheduled hours, including staying late or coming in early.The hours for this position is 6am-2pm.This position will have travelling.Position Summary: Performs one of a variety of skilled, unlicensed maintenance trades: including but limited to painters, masons, and carpenters. Maintains mechanical equipment and building infrastructure to ensure safety and uninterrupted facility operations. Uses central building insight system to track facility needs and ensure safe operations.Supervision Received: Works under the direction of a Facilities Systems Supervisor.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Maintains courthouse building and grounds.
