The Senior Maintenance Technician is a senior level role responsible for performing advanced maintenance, repair, and diagnostic functions for all property facilities, systems, and equipment. This position oversees complex repairs, conducts system testing, and ensures the reliability of critical infrastructure, including HVAC, alarms, generators, lift stations, and gaming floor equipment. Senior Tech’s also supports procurement, technical planning, and review of diagrams and blueprints to guide repair and maintenance projects. Starting Pay: $26.00
Perform advanced level‑ maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all property facilities and equipment.
Maintain, repair, diagnose, and replace equipment associated with the gaming floor, ensuring operational integrity.
Test, maintain, and monitor major building systems, including HVAC, alarms, and generators.
Maintain and monitor lift stations, grease traps, and other specialized mechanical systems.
Execute complex carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, welding, and general repair projects.
Complete preventative maintenance on all facilities according to schedules and technical requirements.
Review and interpret blueprints, building permits, schematics, and diagrams to execute repair work correctly and efficiently.
Order, track, and maintain inventory of equipment, tools, chemicals, and materials required for maintenance operations.
Identify long term‑ maintenance needs and recommend improvements or system upgrades.
Provide technical guidance and support to lower level‑ technicians as needed.
Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards, safety protocols, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a pleasant, professional, and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and team members.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies while upholding excellent customer service standards.
Support and promote the safety and security of guests, team members, and property assets.
Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and welding.
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably within commercial, hospitality, or facilities environments.
Strong working knowledge of building systems, industry tools, and maintenance procedures.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Valid driver’s license required

Strong problem-solving‑ ability and attention to detail.
Proficient in operating a wide range of tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices used in advanced maintenance tasks.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving‑ abilities.
Knowledge of OSHA requirements, safety regulations, and PPE standards.
Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and in a fast p‑aced, interruptive environment.
Knowledge of maintenance safety practices, including PPE usage and hazard recognition.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors.
Exposure to varied temperatures, weather conditions, fumes, chemicals, and confined areas.
