As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you perform, monitor & evaluate preventative maintenance plans, while continually work towards improving equipment & processes. You Will

  • Perform maintenance for blow molding & injection molding manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
  • Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
  • Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
  • Repair & rebuilds spare parts
  • Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
  • Expand your expertise through formal training & on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation & equipment modification projects

You Have

  • Ability to work on Days from Monday to Friday,along with overtime, as needed
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment or technical blow mold related experience.
  • Experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel Series 1, Palletizer & Airveyor is required.
  • Solid hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge, along with the ability to troubleshoot & problem solve
  • Ability to interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics
  • ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation

Key Technical Requirements

  • Sidel Series 1 Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Sidel SBO Series 1 rotary stretch blow molding machines (including preform infeed, oven heating modules, blow wheels, and mold changes).
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Proven ability to rapidly diagnose and fix pneumatic, mechanical, and high-pressure air issues (7–40 bar) unique to rotary blow molders.
  • Controls & Electrical: Familiarity with legacy PLC platforms commonly paired with Series 1 equipment (e.g., Siemens S5/S7), electrical schematics, and sensor adjustments.
  • Auxiliary Equipment: Experience supporting chillers and high-pressure compressors
