We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and reliability in our high-volume fulfillment center. This role is responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring optimal performance of automated material handling equipment, robotics, conveyors, sortation systems, and facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, automation, and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure technicians are skilled in troubleshooting automation and control systems.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to enhance system performance and reduce downtime.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, optimize asset performance, and implement reliability improvements.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and cost-effective maintenance strategies to support operational efficiency.
• Work with OEMs and third-party service providers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Coordinate with IT and warehouse execution system (WES) teams to address software and hardware integration challenges.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of automated warehouse systems, including conveyors, sorters, robotic arms, AGVs, and warehouse control systems (WCS).
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure uptime and efficiency of automation equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled system issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for all maintenance operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent technical experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing industrial maintenance operations, preferably in automated warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing environments, with a focus on equipment reliability and team leadership.
• Expertise in PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar), electrical systems, and automation technologies.
• Hands-on experience with conveyor systems, robotics, sortation systems, and automated storage & retrieval systems (AS/RS).
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for tracking maintenance and performance metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to minimize operational disruptions.
