Core Responsibilities:

• Planning, directing, and monitoring maintenance to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
• Responsible for solving various complex technical problems
• Identify quality issues and provide solution to ensure high quality standard
• Support continuous improvement for existing machine and platform improvement and novelties launch
• Plan and control budget for indirect materials
• Participate in global networking activities to create and improve global alignment on production tasks and solutions

Do you have what it takes?

• Preferable degree from Engineering
• Proven experience from manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in English and Hungarian both written and spoken
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
• Good communication and collaboration skills across departments
• Holistic and strategic vision to take decisions in the short and medium term
• Data driven approach - Power BI or other reporting tools related knowledge is an advantage
• Proactivity, quality-oriented while keeping the focus on continuous improvement
