This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment through the effective execution of preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance programs. Working closely with Operations, Safety, Quality, and Engineering teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage maintenance budgets and resources, and contribute to operational excellence across the site.
If you thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment and enjoy leading teams, solving complex technical challenges, and improving plant performance, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Safety, respect and wellbeing come first, so you can do your best work and enjoy life beyond it.
As part of our selection process, we may invite you to complete a one-way video screening at a time that works for you. This helps us provide a fair and consistent experience when working across locations and time zones. If you need an adjustment or alternative format at any stage, please let us know.
Before commencing employment, you will be required to complete a psychometric assessment and a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
We respectfully request no recruitment agency approaches.
