Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate maintenance-related projects and initiatives
  • Provide data analysis across all maintenance streams to support business decisions
  • Interpret and use data to drive informed decisions for partners
  • Support and ensure long-term sustainability of machine and maintenance standards
  • Design, develop and maintain maintenance data structures and datasets
  • Own and manage global maintenance digital tools (e.g., MaintainIt, SCADA, ILC data)
  • Drive data visualization and support the development of maintenance targets and dashboards
  • Represent the maintenance function in global and cross-functional projects, collaborating with international partners
  • Apply Lean/LCI methodologies to drive continuous improvement

This position is placed in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

The role of Maintenance department in Packing part is to prevent losses that are caused by equipment or system related problems together with securing the capacity of equipment pool to support customer needs. The ambition is to achieve and sustain optimum availability and operating condition, maximum utilization of maintenance resources, optimum spare parts inventory and ability to react quickly.

Senior Maintenance Data & Analytics Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s maintenance capabilities by leading projects, data-driven approach, ensuring the sustainability of equipment standards, and driving continuous improvement, while actively collaborating across global teams and managing key digital tools.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience in project management or leading initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of maintenance environments and industrial processes
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools is preferred as well as practical experience with Power BI Service (workspaces, deployment pipelines, role-based access management, etc.)
  • English on professional level, Czech conversational

What would be an advantage:

  • Experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience working in Databricks environments
  • Knowledge of Row-Level Security (RLS) in BI solutions
  • Experience with maintenance digital tools such as MaintainIt
