We are seeking a highly capable Senior M365 Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services within a complex enterprise environment.

This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a secure, reliable and modern digital workplace, enabling effective collaboration and productivity across the organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure solutions are aligned with organisational priorities and deliver a high-quality end-user experience.


About the role

As a Senior M365 Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing optimisation of Microsoft 365 services, with a particular focus on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and emerging AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot.

The role requires a balanced capability across technical delivery, stakeholder engagement, and service management, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain solutions across:

    • SharePoint Online

    • Microsoft Teams

    • Power Apps and Power Automate

  • Support the adoption and governance of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio capabilities

  • Contribute to the implementation of information protection, compliance, and data governance controls using Microsoft Purview

  • Contribute to the delivery of M365 transformation, upgrade and migration initiatives

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into fit-for-purpose solutions

  • Promote improved end-user experience, adoption, and usability across collaboration platforms

  • Support and optimise the Microsoft 365 and Azure platform environment

  • Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and PnP modules

  • Coordinate and support system upgrades, releases, and changes across internal teams

  • Contribute to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, change, and problem management

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation and operational procedures

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience (5–7 years) within the information technology sector, including exposure to enterprise-scale environments

  • Proven ability to contribute to or lead large-scale technology uplift or transformation initiatives

  • Strong technical expertise in SPO, MS Teams, Power Platform

  • Working knowledge with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents

  • Experience working across the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem

  • Proficiency in scripting and automation, including PowerShell, Graph API, PnP Modules

  • Experience coordinating system upgrades and cross-functional delivery activities

  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups

  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to assess, recommend and implement improvements

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service outcomes

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the Bank or IT industry.
