Role Definition:

Is responsible forplanning, coordinating, and controlling the flow of materials throughout the supply chain, from suppliers to production, warehouses, and distribution points. The primaryobjectiveof this role is to ensure material availability,optimizeinternal and external material movement, reducelogisticscosts,maintainappropriate inventorylevels, and prevent operational disruptions.

This position serves as a key link between Planning, Procurement, Production, Warehousing, Logistics, Quality, and Suppliers, ensuring that materials are delivered to the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and compliance with internal controls.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end flow of materials, including raw materials, components, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods, ensuring material availability across the supply chain.

  • Coordinate inbound and outboundlogisticsactivities with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.

  • Ensure material availability for production through effective alignment with production schedules, MRP requirements, and replenishment systems.

  • Optimizeinternal material flow, warehousing operations, and material handling processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy andoptimalinventory levels while minimizing stockouts, excess inventory, obsolescence, and handling costs.

  • Utilize ERP and WMS systems tomonitor, control, and improve material visibility, traceability, and transactional accuracy.

  • Analyze supply chain andlogisticsperformance metrics, including inventory turnover, OTIF, lead times, material availability, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies such as 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and process standardization.

  • Collaborate cross-functionallywith Procurement, Production, Quality, Planning, and Logistics teams to resolve operational challenges and support businessobjectives

  • Identifysupply chain risks, ensure SOX compliance, and lead problem-solving efforts tomaintainbusiness continuity and operational excellence

Degree Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • EnglishAdvanced

Skills:

Supply Chain Management – Manufacturing:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end material flow within manufacturing or distribution environments.

  • Knowledge of inventory management,logisticsoperations, MRP planning, replenishment systems, and supply chain processes.

  • Ability toidentifyinefficiencies, excess inventory, material shortages, andlogisticswaste.

  • Strong understanding of the connection between planning and operational execution.

Planning and Organizing:

  • Ability to prioritize resources, activities, and deadlines in a dynamic operational environment.

  • Experienceidentifyingpotential bottlenecks and operational disruptions.

  • Strong project and action planning capabilities.

  • Ability tomonitorprogress, adjust priorities, and proactively escalate risks.

  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple simultaneous priorities

Problem Solving:

  • Ability toidentify, document, analyze, and resolve operational and supply chain issues.

  • Experience using root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.

  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams through issue resolution.

  • Strong decision-making skills based on risk and impact assessment.

  • Experience implementing sustainable corrective and preventive actions

Analytical Thinking & Data Gathering and Analysis:

  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret inventory,logistics, transportation, supplier, and operational performance data.

  • Advancedproficiencyin Excel, ERP reporting tools, dashboards, and operational analytics.

  • Experienceutilizinganalytical tools such as Pareto Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Trend Analysis, and Performance Metrics.

  • Ability to transform data into actionable business decisions andimprovementopportunities

Relationship Management:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, transportation providers, internal customers, and leadership teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward commonobjectives

  • Strong collaboration skills to resolve critical operational issues effectively.

  • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments

Additional information:

  • Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.

  • Number of Open Positions: 3

  • These roles require availability to work rotating shifts under a six-day-per-week, in-office work model.

  • Domestic and international travel up to 10%
