Ingredion is looking for a Senior Logistics Supervisor 3PL WH to lead third-party warehouse and transportation operations for finished goods and consumables in Thailand. In this role, your logistics expertise will help strengthen service levels, optimize costs, improve warehouse capacity, and support business growth through effective 3PL performance management.
As a Senior Logistics Supervisor 3PL WH, you will oversee the efficient receipt of goods from factories and suppliers, proper storage, order fulfillment, and timely domestic and international deliveries while ensuring compliance with company standards, service levels, and cost targets.
Logistics Strategy Management – Develop and manage 3PL logistics strategies, overall performance, cost efficiency, and improvement initiatives to achieve business goals and logistics cost targets.
Logistics Operation Management – Design and optimize the logistics network for third-party warehousing and transportation in collaboration with Export Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality, and Sales teams.
Warehouse Capacity Management – Analyze warehouse space, product flow, and storage conditions to simplify work, enhance efficiency, and support future business growth.
Transportation Management – Plan, coordinate, and manage 3PL transportation operations to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective deliveries.
Audits & Compliance Support – Support internal, external, customer, 3PL warehouse, and transportation audits, and follow up on corrective action plans.
Supplier Performance Review – Implement KPIs and conduct monthly supplier performance reviews to measure process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Team & Project Management – Lead, coach, and develop team members, initiate continuous improvement programs, support cost-saving projects, and manage special assignments as required.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, including hands-on experience managing 3PL warehouses; food industry experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehousing processes, transportation management, and international shipping operations.
Experience in Lean / Six Sigma projects, productivity improvement, and logistics cost optimization.
Good command of spoken and written English; proficient in MS Office and logistics systems such as SAP or WMS is an advantage.
A strategic logistics leader with strong ownership, can-do attitude, and continuous improvement mindset.
A strong people manager who can lead, coach, motivate, and build a high-performing team.
Analytical, logical, and systematic, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Collaborative and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure across functions and with 3PL partners.
Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to work offsite or outside normal working hours when business needs require.
