Job Title: Senior Logistics Officer / Senior Logistics Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Officer/Specialist to manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for a textile manufacturing environment. The role focuses on ensuring timely movement of raw materials and finished goods while optimizing costs, maintaining compliance, and meeting delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete logistics and supply chain operations for textile manufacturing
Plan and coordinate inbound logistics for raw materials and accessories
Oversee outbound logistics for finished goods to local and international destinations
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents
Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs, and trade documentation
Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality and delivery timelines
Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse and production teams
Track shipments, resolve delays, and manage logistics-related issues
Prepare logistics reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics
Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate degree (mandatory)
Minimum 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Strong experience in textile manufacturing industry
Proven knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics operations

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management
Experience in customs clearance and trade compliance
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong coordination and vendor management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Cost optimization and problem-solving abilities
