We are looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to oversee the EMEA logistics organization within the Health & Biosciences Business Unit. This role manages transportation and 3PL warehousing operations and serves as the primary logistics partner to the regional cross-functional management team. The position is accountable for end-to-end operational execution and performance management across all transportation and third-party warehousing activities.

• 3PL Inventory Management Programs and Creation of New Supply Chains

• People Management: manage a team of logistics professionals (including coordinators, specialists, and warehouse contract administrators), and mentor, coach, and develop team members

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or logistics preferred, but not required

• Minimum of 7 years of logistics management experience with advanced knowledge of warehousing operations and all modes of transportation

• Demonstrated people management experience

• Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and warehousing requirements

• Previous experience in cold chain (refrigerated and frozen) warehousing and distribution

• Working knowledge of SAP and TMS processes

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication (verbal and written), stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Creative, continuous improvement mindset with strong change management skills and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
