The Senior Inbound Logistics Engineer drives and leads inbound transport network performance by designing, implementing, and continuously improving transport flows to reduce cost, increase efficiency, and ensure plant stability.This role owns end-to-end network performance and key performance drivers such as fill rate, transit time, transport mode, and cost per car, translating complex analysis into implemented network improvements and network-level decisions. It requires a strong analytical mindset, ownership, and the ability to convert complex problems into practical, scalable solutions.Operating in a dynamic environment, the role works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to deliver measurable performance improvements and ensure the network adapts to changing volumes, sourcing setups, and business requirements.The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to influence cross-functional decision-making and drive structural improvements to the network.
