🎯 Mission

200 local authorities rely on Vizzia to keep their streets clean and safe. By end of 2026, that number will be 450. Behind every deployment, there's equipment that needs to reach the right place, at the right time, in the right condition. Right now, that chain is still fragile. That's the problem you'll own.

Vizzia is a hardware scale-up operating at scale - connected devices, field technicians, a third-party logistics partner, multi-site stock, SAV returns. The downstream logistics function is critical.

When it slips, operations slip.

We've scaled past the point where this can be managed loosely.

We need someone to take the wheel - not a supply chain strategist, not a logistics assistant. Someone who runs the day-to-day, brings structure to flows, and builds routines that hold up as volume grows.

This isn't a role you can run from a desk. The first months are about getting your hands dirty : visiting our logistician's warehouse, joining field technicians on deployments, meeting carriers, running physical inventories. You need to understand the constraints before you can fix them. That ground-level knowledge doesn't go away after onboarding: it stays the foundation of how you operate.

🛠️ Responsabilies

The first thing you'll do isn't sit in meetings. It's go see.

Get to grips with the terrain — then never lose touch with it

• Spend time at ou logistician’s warehouse to understand how stock is organised and where the gaps are

• Join field technicians on deployments to see what good logistics looks like from their end

• Meet carriers directly : understand their processes, their limits, their language

• Run physical inventories to get a ground-truth picture of stock reality

Outbound flow & deployment coordination

You're the central link between field Ops teams, our logistics partner, and clients.

• Collect planning needs from field teams and translate them into shipment instructions

• Organise dispatches with our logistics partner and track deliveries end-to-end

• Handle exceptions and last-minute changes without losing visibility

• Give internal teams real-time clarity on delivery status, proactively, not on request

Stock management & traceability

Vizzia runs multiple stocks simultaneously: at the logistics partner, with field technicians, internally, and with external partners. Some of it involves regulatory constraints (lithium-ion batteries). You bring order.

• Structure and maintain stock organisation across all sites

• Run inventories, track material movements, and resolve discrepancies

• Ensure traceability on every move — inbound, outbound, and internal

• Monitor compliance for sensitive equipment

Returns & reverse logistics

Equipment comes back. That's the reality of hardware at scale. Your job is to make sure return flows don't become a blind spot.

• Organise and trace all equipment returns

• Coordinate with the Hardware team on processing and orientation

• Track blockers, escalate anomalies, keep the pipeline moving

• Maintain up-to-date tracking in Airtable

Process & tooling

You're not just here to execute. You see what's not working - and you say so.

• Identify friction points in existing logistics processes

• Feed requirements to BizOps as we build the first ERP foundations

• Leverage HubSpot data to improve visibility for Supply and Industrialisation teams

• Challenge Hardware on logistics operating modes for new products

✅ Profile

• You have 5 to 10 years of hands-on logistics experience: flows, stock, returns, managing an external logistics partner. You've run operations, not just supported them.

• Imperfect environments don't slow you down. You build clarity out of ambiguity, and you don't wait for a perfect process before moving.

• Stock is your territory. Inventory gaps, traceability issues, unexplained movements : you find them before anyone else notices.

• You work well across teams without relying on formal authority. Ops, Hardware, BizOps, external partners : you make those interfaces work.

• You're comfortable with tools like Airtable, WMS, or early-stage ERP; and when the tool doesn't exist yet, you build the workaround.

• You've operated across multiple sites or geographies. Multi-location stock is not new territory for you.

• A real plus: exposure to hardware, IoT, technical equipment, micromobility, or field fleet logistics. Vizzia's flows aren't standard e-commerce flows.
