Your new role

  • An exciting opportunity for a Senior Logistics Associate to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team.

  • You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination with RoslinCT’s Manufacturing, Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments.

  • Performing GMP-compliant goods receipt, material movement, storage and documentation according to SOPs.

  • Handling cryogenic materials, including safe LN₂ operations, dry shipper preparation, vessel monitoring and accurate record-keeping.

  • Coordinating domestic and international shipments, including cold-chain and LN₂-dependent movements.

  • Liaising with carriers, freight forwarders, and custom brokers to support smooth import/export processes.

  • Managing inventory accuracy through stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliation.

  • Maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers and logistics partners.

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Experience working in a GMP or pharmaceutical environment would be desirable.

  • Prior experience handling cryogenic materials, including LN₂ storage, dry shippers, and safety procedures.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management, temperature-controlled logistics, and material traceability.

  • Competent using logistics and inventory management systems.

  • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, particularly with external suppliers and RoslinCT employees across departments.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills.

  • A determination to continually develop and improve standards to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field. We will consider applicants with equivalent relevant professional experience.
