Together with your team, you are responsible for the accurate, cost-effective, and timely shipment of customer orders.
You perform administrative tasks within the Shipping Office related to service, export, and planning & organization.
You collaborate closely with customs clearance (internal and external), loading teams, order management, and other warehouse departments to ensure optimal workflows.
You handle shipping documentation, including invoice verification, delivery note creation, World Ease registration and closure, export registration, COD and WHS label creation, certificates of origin, and freight calculations.
You manage daily closing and closing transfers, capture private packages and RA’s, and support the preparation of reports and statistics.
You ensure the compliant handling of dangerous and hazardous goods in accordance with applicable regulations.
You completed a training in the field of logistics or freight forwarding and already gained first work experience in this field.
Having at löeast 5 years of experience in the areas of export management and handling of dangerous goods (preferably you have a certification in ADR and/or IATA) is beneficial.
You are a hands-on person, being able to work independently and concentrated in a busy, sometime noisy, environment.
Besides proficiency in the common MS Office programs, you have practical application experience in ERP, warehouse management and shipping software programs.
In this role, an independent use of English written and spoken is mandatory; good German skills are beneficial and any additional languages are a plus.
