At Teradyne Robotics, a division of Teradyne, we are revolutionizing industries through cutting-edge collaborative and autonomous mobile robotic technologies. As part of our team, you’ll work with global leaders Universal Robots (UR) and Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), driving innovation that enhances manufacturing, logistics and workplaces across the world.

Your role

When joining Teradyne Robotics as a Senior Logistics Analyst you will become a part of our Global Supply Chain organization and play a critical role in optimizing our worldwide inbound and outbound logistics operations. You will partner closely with the Enterprise Logistics team to ensure cost‑effective, reliable, and scalable logistics performance across our global network.

While the primary focus is logistics excellence, you will also support adjacent areas such as indirect spend analysis, supplier performance insights, and broader supply chain optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate brings not only deep logistics expertise but also a forward‑looking mindset, leveraging AI‑driven analytics tools to enhance decision‑making, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis and optimization of global inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring cost efficiency, service reliability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Evaluate and manage shipping lanes, carrier performance, and transportation modes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement tariff management strategies, including duty optimization, trade compliance considerations, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Logistics team to build scalable processes, dashboards, and KPIs that support global logistics visibility.
  • Use AI‑enabled analytics tools to enhance forecasting, scenario modeling, anomaly detection, and cost‑to‑serve analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to automate routine logistics workflows using AI‑supported solutions to improve speed and accuracy.
  • Conduct cost modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and Finance—to support broader supply chain initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support for indirect spend categories, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Monitor global trade trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to proactively adjust logistics strategies.
  • Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for logistics disruptions, delays, or cost variances.
  • Support supplier negotiations with data‑driven insights and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in global logistics, transportation management, or supply chain analytics, ideally in a manufacturing or technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping practices, freight forwarding, Incoterms, customs processes, and tariff structures.
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing shipping lanes, carrier networks, and logistics cost structures.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Rapid Response, or similar) and ERP systems (Oracle, AX, or similar).
  • Experience using or implementing AI‑powered analytics, automation tools, or machine‑learning‑based forecasting within supply chain or logistics environments.
  • Strong understanding of trade compliance, duty mitigation strategies, and global regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Experience supporting or analyzing indirect spend categories is a plus.
