Job Description

• Manage service providers and suppliers to ensure proper service delivery
• Assist department head to oversee office daily operations, carry out office renovation and improvement projects
• Oversee entire payment process, make sure all orders are accurate and comply with company guidelines
• Negotiate and source new vendors for lower operation costs and drive savings in real estate locations 
• Ensure proper administration on contractual and service agreements for all locations Manage office supplies and stock to optimize space
• Act as customer interface on day-to-day basis, collaborate with team members to deliver satisfactory services to internal customers
• Ensure compliance with all defined real estate policies, local laws and EHS regulations
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by department head 

• University graduate with at least 5 years working experiences in facility management industry
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage
• Experienced in office relocation and renovation projects
• Customer service focus and innovative
• Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills with ability to interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders and demands
• Result focus, detailed-oriented, can-do-attitude and ability of multi-tasking, strong team spirit
• Well-versed in MS Office and AutoCAD applications is an advantage
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
