We are seeking talented individuals to join our care giving team at our Royale Oaks location. Qualified candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred. Relevant senior living sales, marketing, admissions, or healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Two or more years of experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, sales, admissions, community outreach, business development, or a related position preferred.
• Experience with assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, or other senior healthcare services strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with older adults and families who may be making difficult or time-sensitive care decisions.
• Strong sales and follow-up skills without using high-pressure sales practices.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive professional referral relationships.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new professional and community contacts.
• Ability to conduct engaging and informative community tours.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Regular scheduled attendance is required. Hours are full-time and generally Monday through Friday during normal business hours; however, the position requires flexibility to accommodate prospective residents and families and may include occasional evenings and weekends for tours, admissions, networking events, and community activities.
