We're looking for a Senior LiveOps Manager with a strong monetization focus to drive the monetization and in-game event activities for one of our titles in the Malta studio.
You'll own the live operations calendar while keeping a sharp eye on monetization performance, designing events and offers that keep players engaged and spending. This role reports to the Game Design Lead and sits at the intersection of live ops, product, and analytics, with direct influence on DAU, ARPDAU, and LTV.
Own and execute the live ops calendar, managing events, sales, limited-time offers, and seasonal content.
Drive monetization strategies by designing offer structures, bundles, and pricing that maximize revenue while maintaining player retention.
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as DAU, ARPDAU, and in-game economy health to iterate based on data-driven results.
Design and run A/B tests for offer mechanics and economy levers, translating findings into actionable recommendations for the production team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and UA teams to ensure live features and acquisition campaigns are perfectly coordinated.
Design dashboards and reports in collaboration with the analytics team to present performance insights to senior stakeholders.
Benchmark against industry trends and competitor titles to identify growth opportunities.
5+ years of experience in live ops, product management, or monetization roles within the mobile/online F2P games industry.
Proven track record of managing live ops calendars with a measurable impact on revenue.
Strong understanding of F2P models, including IAPs, battle passes, and subscriptions.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Solid grasp of A/B testing methodologies and the ability to turn results into product strategy.
Professional fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical and creative concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Collaborative and open-minded, thriving in a multi-studio environment where you actively shape product output.
Familiarity with real-time strategy (RTS) genres or the Stillfront portfolio.
Background in game economy or systems design.
Experience with hybrid monetization models (including ad monetization).
Fluency in an additional European language.
