Litigator (Of Counsel) licensed in Colorado.

Wat You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Represent
  clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract,
  partnership, and property-related litigation
• 
  Conduct
  discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy
• 
  Provide
  strategic legal counsel and develop effective litigation strategies
• 
  Negotiate
  settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution
• 
  Maintain
  strong client relationships and deliver high-level client service

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• 
  Licensed
  attorney in Colorado
• 
  8–10
  years of civil litigation experience with an emphasis on business and real
  estate matters
• 
  Strong
  trial, negotiation, and client management skills
• 
  Ability
  to work independently in a flexible, remote environment
