We are seeking attorneys to join our Litigation team in Asheville. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of practice experience. We offer competitive compensation with monthly bonus opportunities. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
