Senior SAP Consultant (LE/WM/EWM)

Senior SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP LE/WM and SAP EWM supports the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operation of warehouse management solutions across a global SAP landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM and LE/WM functional solutions.
  • Support end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, internal movements, picking, packing, shipping, physical inventory, handling units, RF, and related functionality.
  • Perform SAP configuration, functional analysis, testing, and implementation of new functionality and enhancements.
  • Prepare functional specifications for developments, interfaces, reports, forms, and system enhancements and work closely with development teams during implementation.
  • Participate in and facilitate requirement-gathering and solution-design workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Support warehouse implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Ensure effective integration of warehouse processes with surrounding SAP modules and external systems.
  • Perform functional and integration testing and support business users during UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents and application issues, including cross-functional and cross-system problems.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and propose sustainable corrective and preventive solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement and standardization of warehouse processes across locations.
  • Provide functional expertise for change requests and evaluate solution options together with business stakeholders and other IT teams.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration documentation, test documentation, and work instructions.
  • Support application lifecycle management activities and contribute to maintaining the stability and quality of the SAP warehouse landscape.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability to develop within the team.

More about you:

  • University degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification, with 8+ years of SAP Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience across multiple implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and application support activities.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP LE/WM and EWM, covering inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse structures, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, internal movements, physical inventory, handling units, wave management, and RF processes.
  • Strong SAP EWM configuration and functional implementation experience, with the ability to independently analyze requirements, configure solutions, prepare functional specifications, and support testing and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations and integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, and ECC/S/4HANA; decentralized EWM experience is a plus.
  • Experience conducting business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, functional solution design, and process improvement, prioritizing SAP standard functionality and sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot SAP application issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with developers, Basis, integration, and functional teams; basic ABAP debugging, warehouse automation knowledge (MFS, conveyors, robotics), SAP Solution Manager or Cloud ALM, and Agile experience are advantages.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams.

This role's base salary is $112,200/yr - $168,000/yr CAD per year. This role is also bonus eligible.
