Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Uxbridge

Salary: Basic £27,500 (dependent on experience) + OTE £42,000–£45,000

Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Alternate Saturdays 10:00am – 3:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a high-performing residential lettings team in Uxbridge. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in the current rental market, looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

You will play a key role in generating new business, supporting the day-to-day operations of the lettings function, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, highly organised, and confident in both negotiation and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new lettings business and contribute to overall branch revenue
• Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, converting enquiries into successful lets
• Support the Lettings Manager in overseeing team performance and daily operations
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and available stock
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the lettings team

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings
• Current or recent experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or similar role
• Proven track record in winning new business and achieving targets
• Strong valuation and listing experience
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• High level of customer service and communication skills
• Professional, confident, and proactive approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed
• Full UK driving licence
