Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Coventry
Salary: Basic salary (DOE) + commission, £35,000–£40,000 OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:45am–5:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am–1:00pm)

About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and commercially minded lettings professional to join a successful and growing estate agency in Coventry. This is a key role within the branch, offering the chance to take ownership of your pipeline, contribute to business growth, and play an active part in a high-performing, target-driven team.

You will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process, from generating new business and conducting viewings through to negotiating offers and progressing tenancies. This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on targets, and is looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and win new landlord instructions
• Conduct property valuations and provide expert advice to clients
• Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
• Arrange and carry out property viewings
• Negotiate offers and agree tenancies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
• Work towards and exceed personal and branch targets
• Represent the business in a professional and proactive manner

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)
• Proven ability or exposure to valuations and business generation
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
