Black Pearl is currently looking for an experienced Senior Legal PA / Legal Executive Assistant to join a highly respected and prestigious investment organisation in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced legal support professional who has a strong background working with senior legal professionals and is comfortable operating in a confidential, fast-paced and highly professional environment.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to a legal team of approximately 7–10 professionals, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and that senior stakeholders receive timely, accurate and professional support.

About the Role
As the Senior Legal PA / Legal Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support to a senior legal team.
You will be expected to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, coordinate complex schedules and meetings, and ensure that the legal team is well organised and fully prepared for its day-to-day activities.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, discreet, proactive and confident working with senior professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and personal assistant support to a senior legal team.
Support approximately 7–10 legal professionals and coordinate competing priorities across the team.
Manage complex diaries and calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, appointments and other commitments across multiple stakeholders.
Manage correspondence, emails and administrative follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare, format, proofread and maintain confidential legal and business documents.
Assist with presentations, reports, meeting materials and other documents as required.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and related logistics.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems and ensure documents can be accessed efficiently.
Coordinate information and documentation between the legal team and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions where required.
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
Monitor deadlines, follow-ups and outstanding actions and proactively remind senior stakeholders where appropriate.
Support the legal team with general administrative and organisational requirements.
Build effective working relationships with senior executives, legal professionals, internal departments and external stakeholders.
Manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Anticipate the needs of senior legal professionals and proactively provide support before issues arise.
Maintain a consistently professional and polished approach when representing the legal team.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant Legal PA / Legal Secretary / Legal Executive Assistant experience.
Strong experience supporting senior legal professionals, Partners, General Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel or a comparable legal leadership team.
Experience working within a sophisticated corporate, legal, financial services or professional services environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Native-level or near-native English proficiency is strongly preferred.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent diary, calendar and meeting management skills.
Strong document preparation and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a wider team.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
A proactive, service-oriented and solutions-focused approach.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Previous UAE or GCC experience is advantageous.
