Candidate criteria
Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality
- Common or Civil law training as a Solicitor/barrister/lawyer with minimum of 5yrs PQE, ideally in the global financial services/asset management sector;
Experience
- International experience of the legal and regulatory issues affecting the distribution of UCITS and other collective investment vehicle structures globally;
- Experience in providing product legal services for European CIU’s;
- Experience and expertise in the review/negotiation of commercial agreements in a busy in-house legal team would be a distinct advantage;
- Experience successfully leading and managing a team
Languages
Fluent English essential. High level of proficiency in French, Spanish or Italian desirable;
