Responsibilities:
•Contracts Management
• Manage contract management from contract preparation, execution to documentation
• Organize and track case files
• Maintain legal library of standard templates.
• Perform related administrative functions and database management associated with such contracts
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
•To lead and/or support the drafting and negotiation of technology agreements and other commercial agreements to ensure legal interests are protected and that the company obtains the best value from its commercial relationships.
•To ensure Company complies with responsibilities under its various contracts and under relevant legislation
•To support the effective resolution of any legal disputes.
• To identify legal issues and risks relevant to the company and to advise the business on strategies and solutions for mitigating such legal issues and risks.
•To work closely with the procurement team and other commercial stakeholders to:
a. ensure the legal and commercial objectives of third party contracts are effectively tracked and delivered;
b. ensure that up-to-date records of third party contracts are maintained and IPR is effectively managed;
c. ensure compliance with obligations of transparency and fairness whilst assisting to secure the best commercial position;
d. ensure that effective and timely support and advice is provided; and
e. ensure effective communications between the Company and its suppliers,
• To be a source of knowledge to stakeholders on the key terms and conditions of commercial contracts, and provide guidance/training on legal matters as appropriate.
•To ensure that all third party agreements are consistent with Company’s policies and guidelines
• To liaise and consult with Company’s Finance and Procurement teams and Client’s corporate legal department to ensure adherence with Company’s and Client’s corporate policies and positions and that appropriate skills and expertise are applied to all legal matters
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.• Willing to relocate to the job location.
