  • Assist with corporate filings, board resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with external advisors and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations across relevant jurisdictions impacting the organization.

5. Litigation & Dispute Resolution

  • Manage litigation, labor claims, commercial disputes, and regulatory matters.

  • Support negotiation and settlement discussions to minimize legal exposure.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Develop and implement legal compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify potential legal and regulatory risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-corruption, data privacy, and applicable regulatory standards across IDR's operating jurisdictions.

  • Assist in enforcing intellectual property rights and managing related disputes when necessary.

8. Legal Research & Policy Development

  • Conduct legal research and provide practical legal opinions and recommendations.
  • Draft and update internal legal policies, compliance guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay informed regarding legal developments and best practices relevant to the business environment across the jurisdictions relevant to IDR's business operations.
