Senior Legal Counsel

Department: Global Legal Support

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for operations
• Advise on wide range of legal matters: civil, commercial, consumer, competition, marketing/advertising, ride-hailing licensing, fintech, and digital law matters, and more.
• Review contracts and policies, and assist in claims resolution.
• Review and approve advertising and promotional activities to ensure their compliance with applicable regulations, support marketing and media campaigns with legal review.
• Monitor upcoming regulations and prepare legal analysis of their impact on the business.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and internal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional and global projects.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 5 + years of experience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm supporting IT or tech companies.
• Experience in civil, commercial, consumer, and media/advertising law.
• Familiarity with fintech and digital platforms regulation is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (C1–C2 or equivalent); local language proficiency required.
• Experience in international environments is a plus.
