
We are seeking a Senior Legal & Compliance Officer with strong experience in corporate, commercial, and property law to provide strategic legal advisory support within the real estate sector. The role ensures regulatory compliance, manages contracts, and mitigates legal risk.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, property agreements, and commercial documentation
Provide legal advisory services on corporate and real estate transactions
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies
Oversee litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel where necessary
Maintain corporate records and statutory documentation
Support business negotiations and dispute resolution
Minimum of 12 years post-call legal practice
Strong background in corporate, commercial, and property law
Proven experience in regulatory compliance management
Strong drafting, negotiation, and risk advisory skills
Experience within the real estate sector is an advantage
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000
