As Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel, you will be a trusted partner to Novo Nordisk's business in Sweden, providing strategic and pragmatic advice across a broad range of activities in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment. You will navigate complexity with confidence, often where the regulatory framework is evolving or where there is no straightforward answer, exercising sound judgement to help stakeholders find practical ways forward.

As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. Covering 194 countries and 95% of the world's population, more than 18,000 of us work passionately to serve 35 million patients each day. Within International Operations, you will join the Swedish Legal & Compliance department, a close-knit team of four. You will collaborate primarily within the European and Canadian region, where the Legal, Ethics & Compliance organisation consists of about 150 people. Ultimately, you will be part of a Global Legal organisation of around 700 colleagues worldwide. The Swedish organisation itself gathers more than 100 people, giving you the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across functions while being connected to a truly global network.
We are looking for a senior legal and compliance professional who combines strong pharmaceutical expertise with a commercial mindset, curiosity and the confidence to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 922,620.00 to 1,337,800.00 SEK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
