Hiring Position Commercial Lawyer

Our client is a global consulting firm who has expertise in Business Insight, Corporate & Business Strategy and Enterprise Reform. They are also specialized in digital innovation. The firm has helped businesses in the areas of insurance, automotive & mobility, commercial goods, etc. The firm is now looking for an RPA Developer to grow with the firm.

Basic Requirement:

(i) Knowledge on laws and regulations regarding company's international contractual matters, (ii) Experiences in international law firm or international company, especially in SEA region
(iii) Experiences as a legal staff at least 5 years

Desirable Requirement: (i) Experiences in Japan headquartered company, (ii) Experiences in an IT consulting firm.

Language: Thai and English

• LL.B. degree or higher with outstanding academic credentials (A degree in law and legal qualification in Thailand.)
• Minimum 5 years legal experience in Thailand, preferably solid in-house counsel experience from IT or Consulting firm.
• Good in Thai and English communication, especially in written and drafting skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Word and PowerPoint; Outlook; and Internet Explorer.
• Highest working standards with strong service orientation and service mind.
• Uncompromising with quality and ability to deliver work within set timeline.
• Ability to collaborate well with others as well as to work individually.
• Good interpersonal skills, driven, highly organized with good planning skills, problem-solving, good analytical and critical thinking, and attention to details.
• Absolute commitment to business integrity and ethical conduct.
• Demonstrated ability to influence contract structure and business decision making for the benefit or advantage of company.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating large and complex deals in complex situations.
• Ability to handle multiple deals/matters concurrently.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in international contracting matters.
• Previous exposure in IT-related industry is an advantage.
• Lawyer license/Bar exam is a plus
