
About The Team
The College of Law, Arts and Social sciences were established in January 2023, bringing together the Schools of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, Media and Communication, Law and Criminology, and Indigenous Knowledges. This combination strengthens cross-disciplinary expertise and enables innovative, multidisciplinary approaches to research and teaching.
Your New Role!
We are seeking to appoint either a Senior Lecturer (Level C) or Associate Professor (Level D).
At both levels, the role contributes to high-quality research, teaching and service, and supports a collaborative academic environment.
A Senior Lecturer (Level C) demonstrates strong research performance and contributes to collaborative research culture. The role leads undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, integrates research into learning, supervises Honours and HDR students, and contributes to curriculum, mentoring, and service across the School, College and University.
An Associate Professor (Level D) demonstrates research excellence and leadership, including sustaining a strong research program, securing competitive funding, and fostering a vibrant research culture. The role provides leadership in teaching and supervision, leads curriculum development, mentors colleagues, and contributes to partnerships, governance, and strategic initiatives.
