Senior Lecturer / Lecturer I (25260537)
The Department of Management, Marketing and Information Systems invites applications for a position at the Lecturer I or Senior Lecturer rank in the Management team. We are seeking candidates with substantial applied organizational / industry research experience and teaching experience at a higher education or professional level. The ability to teach management and talent development-related courses and transdisciplinary courses would be an advantage. Candidates should have a doctoral degree from a reputable university and advanced training in data analytics. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates who are familiar with the labour markets in the Greater Bay Area and have good contacts in the business community.
The position will be located at the Kowloon Tong campus, and will be primarily responsible for teaching undergraduate courses and conducting research and consultancy services for the Centre of Human Resources Strategy and Development (CHRSD). An initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of 2 years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
