Our client is in the real estate sector and is looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to source, assess, and secure qualified tenants, manage leasing agreements, and maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure high occupancy rates and long-term property value.

Main Responsibilities

• Research market trends, retail concepts, competitors, and potential tenants.
• Identify, approach, and secure tenants aligned with the projects vision.
• Maintain a reserve list of potential tenants for future opportunities.
• Perform background and credit checks for tenant qualification.
• Manage rent collection, security deposits, and lease documentation.
• Keep tenants updated on lease terms and property matters.

Main Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years leasing experience (commercial property preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Organized, flexible, and able to multitask under pressure.
