Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activities by conducting market studies to stay informed on industry movements and emerging opportunities.

• Source and approach potential tenants through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.

• Lead discussions with tenants to structure and secure favorable lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.

• Ensure accurate and timely management of lease contracts, records, and approvals.

• Partner with the team to achieve strong occupancy levels and optimize rental yield through effective leasing and arrears management.

• Work closely with tenants and contractors to oversee fit-out works, ensuring compliance with building and design guidelines.

• Build and maintain positive tenant relations by providing responsive service and fostering open communication.

• Prepare and deliver reports such as budgets, performance updates, and other management reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related disciplines, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

• Possess strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently and as a team player.
