The successful candidate will develop leasing strategies to enhance the trade mix in commercial properties and improve or recreate leasing through the curation of spaces and properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies and plans for commercial activities
• Ensure all available space is leased in an appropriate, timely and effective manner according to the tenancy mix for all new and renewal leases
• Source and seek out prospective tenants and generate new leasing leads
• Establish and build networking channels with prospective, existing tenants and real estate marketing agents and maintain strong relationships with tenants and retailers
• Enhance the value of our properties to generate new revenue streams
• Ensure that the leasing policy is strictly adhered to at all time
• Preparation of marketing reports, proposals and relevant memos

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• At least two years of experience in retail property leasing/marketing
• Degree or Diploma in Business, Real Estate/Building or related qualifications
• Experience in handling land lease matters and prior knowledge in local planning regulations, land laws and Tenancy Agreement would be an advantage
• Positive, professional approach with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service
• Resourceful, self-driven and able to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• A team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
