We are seeking a strategic and solutions‑oriented Senior Leasing Analyst to lead corporate real estate transactions across our portfolio. This role exercises independent judgment and provides strategic guidance to senior leadership on real estate matters that influence long‑term business planning, financial outcomes, and operational performance.
Your Impact
Work with leadership to develop forward‑looking real estate strategies 18–36 months ahead of lease expiries, incorporating business needs, portfolio optimization, and financial implications.
Lead and manage leasing, subleasing, and disposition activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, risk parameters, and shareholder interests.
Independently engage and direct brokerage partners, negotiating business terms and conditions across office, industrial, land, parking, and warehouse asset types.
Who You Are
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (U.S. equivalent phrasing can be updated by Recruitment as noted).
5+ years of professional‑level experience in corporate real estate, leasing, transaction management, or a related strategic function.
Demonstrated experience exercising independent judgment in structuring, negotiating, or evaluating real estate transactions.
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data to recommend strategic actions.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive‑level communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRE systems (Yardi, MRI) is an asset.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced decision‑making environment.
Professional real estate designations (e.g., MCR or in progress) are an asset.
Multilingual ability in English, French, Spanish, or Portuguese is an asset.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $74,200 - $129,800
