The Senior Learning Facilitator designs, develops, facilitates and evaluates practical learning solutions that help employees adopt new systems, processes and ways of working. This role supports strategic change programmes in a fast-paced project environment and requires someone who can simplify complex information into clear, easy-to-use learning content. The role is accountable for the full learning cycle: understanding the learning need, creating fit-for-purpose material, facilitating learning, supporting adoption and measuring effectiveness.
The successful candidate must be confident engaging stakeholders, working with SMEs and project teams, using learning technology and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve the speed, quality and impact of learning delivery. The Senior Learning Facilitators support and advise on the learning and professional development of the workforce as well as Implement and execute policies, processes, and training offerings.
Key Result Areas:
Learning Needs Analysis and Design:
Conduct training needs analysis and confirm learning requirements with stakeholders, SMEs and project teams.
Design learner-centred content that is practical, clear and aligned to project milestones, business change requirements and operational needs.
Translate complex process, system or servicing changes into simple learning assets, job aids, FAQs, one-pagers and facilitator guides.
Use authoring tools and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve the efficiency, quality and consistency of learning design.
Pilot, test and refine learning material based on feedback and changing project needs.
Learning Delivery and Adoption Support:
Facilitate formal, informal, standardised and customised learning interventions for operational audiences.
Support employees and leaders during change by reinforcing new behaviours, processes and ways of working.
Create performance support tools that help learners apply learning immediately in the flow of work.
Identify adoption risks and work with stakeholders to address them through targeted learning and support.
Learning Effectiveness and Reporting:
Gather learner and business feedback to improve learning solutions during the project lifecycle.
Evaluate whether learning supports behaviour change, business readiness and adoption outcomes.
Share insights and progress updates with learning, project and business stakeholders.
Apply appropriate evaluation methods, including the Kirkpatrick model, where relevant.

Qualifications/Experience (required for the job)
Matric.
Learning qualification will be advantageous
The role requires flexibility to facilitate learning on Saturdays and, when required, after hours during the week.
Exposure to change management principles or a change-related qualification.
Experience designing digital, blended or social learning solutions.
Proven experience in learning design, facilitation and learning delivery within an operational, servicing or contact centre environment.
Experience designing practical learning content such as facilitator guides, learner guides, job aids, FAQs, one-pagers and digital learning assets.
Experience supporting business, system or process change through learning interventions.
Strong instructional design skills with the ability to simplify complex information for frontline or operational learners.
Experience using learning authoring tools, preferably Articulate 360.
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools and AI-enabled tools to improve learning design, collaboration and productivity.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Additional Qualifications/Experience (advantageous)
Articulate 360 or similar e-learning authoring tool.
Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and Forms.
AI-enabled productivity or learning design tools.
Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, Power BI, Power Automate or other digital design/reporting tools.
