The Sr. Learning Experience Specialist designs and develops innovative, high-impact learning experiences that support strategic business goals. This role operates in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and requires strong expertise in adult learning, instructional design, learning technologies, and multimedia development.
· Lead complex, cross-functional learning projects, including intake, planning, and stakeholder management, to deliver effective learning solutions on time.
· Define course and curriculum concepts, including learning objectives, content structure, delivery methods, assessments, and supporting materials.
· Synthesize and write clear, accurate learning content using input from SMEs, stakeholders, existing materials, and research.
· Develop a range of learning assets—including eLearning modules, presentations, guides, and job aids—to support product launches and ongoing product education for internal and external audiences.
· Review and maintain LMS content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with Marvin brand standards.
· Establish metrics and benchmarks to evaluate training effectiveness and provide insights to leadership.
· Identify opportunities to strengthen collaborative learning and expand the organization’s learning presence.
· Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices when designing or redesigning learning programs.
· Build strong cross-departmental relationships and support teams in developing and delivering training content.
· Stay current on learning and development trends to enhance program effectiveness and knowledge retention.
· Serve as a peer leader and mentor new team members
· Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
· Exceptional organizational, project, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
· Advanced proficiency in Vyond, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· 5+ years of experience with eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in instructional design and/or curriculum development.
