What You’ll Be Doing: Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, the Senior Learning & Development Specialistis responsible for leading the design, implementation and delivery of high-quality learning programs across the organization. This role will partner with internal Subject Matter Experts to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness and implement initiatives that foster engagement, elevate capabilities and support growth and development.
