About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior Leadership Support Officer , who will be integral to the efficient operations of the Chief Clinical Officer and GM Client Services & Marketing offices.

Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer and GM Client Services & Marketing , you will work on site on as part of a team that actively promotes work life balance and an on-site positive, values and people-focused workplace.

You will be the main point of contact for managers and stakeholders, the lead scheduler and an integral part in achieving the goals of the Chief Clinical Officer and GM Client Services & Marketing offices.

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrates the ability to provide high‑level executive support in fast‑paced, complex environments, effectively managing competing priorities and high volumes of work.

  • Applies strong business acumen to anticipate, understand, and respond to senior leadership and organisational priorities.

  • Effectively manages complex diaries, inboxes, and workflows to ensure senior leaders are supported and critical time is protected.

  • Produces high‑quality executive correspondence, reports, briefing papers, and presentations tailored to senior audiences.

  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, across a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Builds trusted relationships and acts as a reliable, discreet point of contact for senior leaders with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Organises work proactively, tracking deadlines, projects, and cyclical obligations to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.

  • Works autonomously with sound judgement, attention to detail, and adaptability, maintaining effectiveness in a dynamic and changing environment.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in healthcare, clinical, human services or not-for-profit environments

  • Budget tracking or financial administration experience

  • Familiarity with performance review processes and compliance requirements

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • Current Police Check
