About the Opportunity:

This senior leadership role will contribute directly to the strategic growth, operational performance and clinical excellence of Optimum Health Solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team to:

• Contribute to strategic planning and service expansion

• Strengthen referral partnerships and growth initiatives

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams

• Drive performance, accountability and quality outcomes

• Support innovation in service delivery and client experience

• Ensure strong governance, compliance and ethical practice

Depending on the successful candidate’s background, the role may include oversight across clinics, disciplines or specific growth portfolios.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a leader who demonstrates:

• Senior clinical credibility and strong professional standing

• Proven leadership experience within allied health or healthcare settings

• Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue drivers

• Confidence managing performance, KPIs and operational delivery

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Alignment with Optimum’s values and long-term vision

• A growth mindset and willingness to take ownership at a strategic level
