A Day in the Life

You'll start the shift out where things are happening, in the warehouse or yard, not behind a desk. You'll lead the pre-shift team huddle, set expectations, and then move with your team through the day. You'll coach, guide, and mentor associates as they execute loading, unloading, material handling, and staging work. When issues arise, you'll jump in to help solve them, always with safety and quality front of mind. You'll monitor equipment, audit work in progress, and coordinate with management to hit production goals. At day's end, you'll ensure a safe, clean transition for the next shift.

What You'll Bring

• Strong track record in warehouse or operations leadership, preferably in industrial or logistics environments.
• Hands-on mindset: you're comfortable stepping into daily tasks, training others, and troubleshooting.
• Solid working knowledge of OSHA, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with forklift or material-handling equipment operations (and training capabilities).
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license.
