About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant to join our Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and grow a Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across the New York city territory, serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships through the delivery of treasury management solutions.
  • Partner closely with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to develop joint calling strategies and deepen client relationships.
  • Proactively call on prospective and existing clients to understand business needs and recommend treasury, payments, and liquidity solutions.
  • Lead treasury management sales efforts throughout the full client lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution design through implementation and ongoing relationship support.
  • Collaborate with implementation and service partners to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and positive customer outcomes.
  • Analyze client operating models, cash flow needs, and payment processes to recommend solutions that improve efficiency, control, and working capital management.
  • Collaborate effectively with partners across Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Operations, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of treasury management, payments, and liquidity solutions with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable client strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement complex treasury management, payments, and liquidity solutions for middle-market organizations with annual revenues of $100 million to $500 million.
  • Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders through effective communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience collaborating across business lines to deliver integrated solutions and drive successful client outcomes.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and innovation mindset with the ability to navigate change, leverage emerging technologies, and identify new opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail, project leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.


Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$191,000.00 - $305,000.00
