A leading confectionery manufacturer in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, is seeking experienced Senior/Lead Technicians with mechanical expertise to support its newly established production facility. This full-time role involves overseeing the installation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced production and automation systems. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with FMCG or food manufacturing equipment, and the ability to lead maintenance tasks efficiently. These roles are critical in ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the factory's machinery, contributing to overall production efficiency and minimal downtime in a high-performance environment.
