We're looking for a Senior Lead Talent Engagement to join our Global Talent & Learning Centre of Excellence (CoE). This is an exciting opportunity to influence how we attract, engage, develop, and retain talent across a truly global organisation.
Working with colleagues and leaders around the world, you'll lead key talent and employee experience initiatives, helping to shape the future of work at Sulzer. From improving onboarding and internal mobility to enhancing employee listening programmes and talent processes, you'll play a visible role in delivering projects that matter.
You will have a broad HR background and experience in areas such as Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Transformation, HR Consulting, or HR Project Management.
